\u00a0\"\"<\/a>PROVERBS\u00a0 TWO\u2026. (v.1-6) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Solomon is begging his son here\u00a0 to listen and take notice. A person with a bit of age and experience behind him, can see the pitfalls that a headstrong youngster can never see.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cListen to me\u201d, Solomon says, \u201cSeek and apply yourselves,\u00a0 ask\u00a0 and seek earnestly for wisdom!\u201d\u00a0 I wonder how often we do this?<\/p>\n

God has all these blessings in Christ Jesus waiting for us, but we must put effort into getting them. James tells us that we don\u2019t have the enjoyment of them because we don\u2019t\u00a0 ask for them or apply ourselves to getting them \u00a0(James 4:2c). <\/em>It is like a student once who needed finance to get through her course and asked the Lord to provide it. He did, but not in the way she expected it\u2026. God provided a job for her to earn her own money! He didn\u2019t just get someone else to send her a cheque!!<\/p>\n

Those who earnestly and prayerfully seek, WILL find\u2026..this is one of the prayers that God has unconditionally promised He will grant!<\/p>\n

Seek wisdom from the Lord above, \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>Who gives all things richly in love; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>But we must search and seek this for, \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>It to be giv\u2019n from God\u2019s rich store.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
